Mapo Tofu

  • minced garlic2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Sichuan peppercorns1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
  • chopped spring onions2 spring onions, chopped
  • vegetable oil2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • cornstarch1 tsp cornstarch
  • water1/2 cup water
